Ingestor task progress not displayed

Summary

The ingestor service expects Scicat-API-Token to be sent in the request header. Instead, GET requests from the frontend currently send this as a ScicatAPIToken query param.

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to an ingestor service. Navigate to the frontend ingestor page. No transfers are shown, and refreshing the transfer list causes a 400 error in the console.

Expected Behaviour

Should display the tasks

I would actually prefer it the token is passed in the standard Authorization header, see also #2107
