Mismatch between old BE and new BE required properties

Summary

Some of the properties of collections do not match between old and new BE. For example, in the queryable schema the updatedBy property is mandatory, while it wasn't before.

Current Behaviour

This is a problem for us, because, when using the python SDK pydantic throws an error for old data which do not have the updatedBy field

Expected Behaviour

Pydantic should not raise error, so either keep the old notation or add migration scripts.

I believe migration scripts are the best option, as updatedBy is now added by default to all documents.

this is actually relevant as the before save in the old BE only added the updatedBy on update
