Extended selector possibilities for schemes

We should extend possibilities offered by the scheme selector. The main idea behind it is to able in the future ingestion of directories with structure pretty complex. I have done a suggestion of implementation in those commits:

I think maybe we should use regex instead of those homemade selectors ?

We can add regex as a selector I guess, but the idea was to keep it more flexible than just checking file names for later,
i.e. check if a certain field exist in the file.

I see, so I have some tricky use cases, for example I'd like selectors for:

• File extension
• If a directory is present in the path (For example, looking for powder directory in the path, so /ill/powder/d17/2024/00001.nxs would be valid)

Regarding last use case, an optimization that could be useful for future directories ingestion, would be to quickly discard certain directories if we know that a required directory will never be in the path
