Default source folder for ESS

Currently, we require users to specify a source folder for upload. This requires an understanding of the folder structure on the remote. And most users don't care about where their files are placed after upload.

Instead, we can set a template for a default folder in the file transfer from the profile (see also #37). Also related: #92
