Move away from PySide user interface

We want to allow BARD to be usable as an example of how to build a augmented reality application using SciKit-Surgery. This issue is to investigate other options for the UI as we don't like PySide anymore.

Step 1: Investigate basic architecture options. We discussed doing AR in the browser using js and vtk.js. For BARD we need to interface with scikit-surgery[aruco/ndi]tracker. How do we do this?
