Solution of overdetermined systems fails with StaticArrays #560

Describe the bug 🐞

Solving an overdetermined system of equations formulated as a NonlinearLeastSquaresProblem fails if using StaticArrays for the optimization variables and the residuals.

The same problem is correctly solved with regular Vectors. Underdetermined and square problems are instead solved correctly with StaticArrays.

Passing the resid_prototype keyword argument to NonlinearFunction does not solve the issue.

Expected behavior

The solution to the problem should be the same for both standard vectors and StaticArrays.
