Add LinearSolve.jl to training methods as ext #294
Description
Provide a solution similar to what we have for MLJLinearModels.jl: when a solver from LinearSolve.jl is provided, dispatch to that method to compute the OutputLayer matrix.
Also tracking LinearSolve.jl #552 since that would be ideal to have here.
