Investigate possible xarray integration

This package offers certain features which are not available in other xarray regridding packages such as xESMF (such as mesh regridding I believe). With the development of integration between iris and xarray SciTools/iris#4994 it seems worthwhile to investigate if iris-esmf-regrid can be adapted to support xarray as well as iris.
