Excavator was failing because upstream changed the tag format to include a v prefix.

Walkthrough

Updated the Scoop manifest for nomino: bumped version to 1.6.4, adjusted 64-bit download URL to the new release tag format with a leading "v", updated the SHA256 hash, and aligned the autoupdate URL template accordingly.

Poem

I hop through tags from one to four,
A shiny “v” upon the door.
New hash in paw, I validate,
The binary’s fate I annotate.
With version bumped, I thump in glee—
Scoop scoop! Another tidy release for me. 🐇✨

2-2: Version bump matches latest upstream tag (v1.6.4).

Good catch on the leading "v" change in upstream tags; keeping "version": "1.6.4" while switching URLs to use the v prefix is the right pattern for Scoop. (github.com)

17-17: Autoupdate template correctly switched to v$version.

This aligns with upstream’s new tag naming and will keep Excavator happy going forward. (github.com)

8-9: Verified URL and SHA256
The SHA256 (ea77b987adb4d802983ed73ada32e026cf92f8dfde23a35e2cc547e622b283b8) matches the v1.6.4 Windows 64-bit asset.
