How to have my program listed as "official" in the Scoop website? Please tell me all criteria, and a manifest sample if possible.

This service spit false positives on all binaries compiled with pyinstaller+upx, there is no dev distributing native Python code to Win users becouse this OS doesn't ship an interpreter by default. All pyinstaller-compiled binaries should be debugged offline to catch threats not on VT
