Some Now = Not typos in Weather Sample Readme

Just minor, but pointed out because the typo says the opposite of what is intended :).

In the section: Train Watson Assistant, it begins with: "The Watson Assistant is not trained to understand some basic queries...", I believe is was meant to be that the Watson Assistant is now trained...

Also further down "With that done Watson Work will not start recognizing..." The "not" should also be "now".
