Update breadcrumb from component

Is it possible to update the breadcrumb from inside the component?
Use case is, that I load an article async in the component and I would like to use the article name in the breadcrumb.
Is this already possible somehow or would it be a new feature?

Perhaps you are talking about #107, I still could not figure out how best to approach this feature.
