"Can not initialize x264 encoder" on ArchLinux

Thanks for this great and easy app !!

Kooha version 2.3.0

Bug summary

I am on a fresh install of latest archlinux, with Wayland and KDE.
Recorded.
I can successfully record and export to WebM.
BUT when, I try to record and export to MP4, I receive the following error (Can not initialize x264 encoder.)
I must precise all my arch packages are corretly installed , and operationnal (I have debugged them).
It IS a Kooha problem i think.

Not sure if its the same cause, just putting it here as some extra info.

I got the same error only when i choose to record by window and use mp4 as output.
In all other case, it works fine. (record whole screen, record by region, use webm as output format)

Same issue on my side, except I'm on Plasma 6.5.5 + Wayland and I wanted to record a rectangular region.
