[Feat]: Add Recording Pause Functionality #371

Feature summary
It would be very helpful to have a Pause feature while recording the screen.
Currently, once recording starts, the only available option is to stop the recording completely. A pause option would allow users to temporarily halt recording without ending the session and creating multiple separate video files.
This would significantly improve workflow efficiency, especially for tutorials, demos, and presentations.
How would you like it to work
- Add a Pause button alongside the existing Stop button.
- When paused:
- Recording temporarily stops.
- A visual indicator clearly shows that recording is paused.
- Pressing the button again resumes recording.
- The final output should remain a single continuous video file, not split into multiple recordings.
Optional improvements:
- Add a keyboard shortcut for pause/resume.
- Change the recording indicator color when paused.

Many screen recording applications already include this feature, such as:

- SimpleScreenRecorder
Both allow pause/resume while keeping everything in a single output file, which greatly improves usability for longer recordings.
