Motivation
When i tried to use the model macro from sea_orm while going through project setup with SeaORM documentation i couldn't use the model macro because it wasn't included or didn't come via the ^0.12.0 that is mentioned in the official documentation.
Then i pinned the 2.0, there i got an error from cargo, it said i had to instruct rc version manually: 2.0.0-rc.40
