Support PostGIS data types

Motivation

PostGIS is a popular plugin for PostgreSQL to store and process geometry/geography data.

Note that these types are different from the native Postgres Geometric Types, which were already supported.

Proposed Solutions

Add these into https://github.com/SeaQL/sea-schema/blob/master/src/postgres/def/types.rs
