1. Should there be a GRStream?
2. Is it OK to mix reading (#next:) and writing (#nextPutAll:)?
3. Is GRDelegatingStream a good name?
4. Should GRDelegatingStream >> #greaseNext:putAll:startingAt: be abstract?
5. Is it OK that GRDelegatingStream is abstract?
