Save and save as should be different action

The current ctrl-s behaves like "save as" for most programs. I think it would be better if ctrl shift s behaved like "save as", and that ctrl s would behave like "save". It would only prompt for a name if it doesn't currently exist

could it be smth to be enabled or diabled in the setting cause that way i dont make mistakes with my chips
