Prioritizing notes by tag value?

I'm trying to organize the notes in my "people" folder. I currently have it set up simply like so:

  target-folder: people
  > a-z by-metadata: timeModified

Instead, I want notes tagged as "person/♥️" (close ones) to appear at the top, followed by "person/🤝🏻" (acquaintances), and then the rest. Ideally, within these three groups, I want them further sorted by the "timeModified" frontmatter like they are now. Is that possible? I suppose I could rename these tags so they are alphabetical, but then that feels clunky.

Sorting by tag value(s) is not supported.
I wish I could add “yet” at the end, but the reality is that I only have time for bug fixes, including EBFs and minor improvements (two of which are currently stuck at the PR stage…).

So, while the ability to sort by tag is tempting, I’m hesitant to even create a ticket for it.
