[FEATURE REQUEST] Custom dynamic folder note name.

Great plugin.

I would like to further customize the folder note name. I use "Folder notes" plugin and my folder note name is _foldername.md. This plugin by default will look for foldername.md or for any other custom name. The problem is I can only specify one other name.

I think it would be great to have a variable like {{foldername}} which we can use to further specify our Folder Note name.
