Disable for Production instead of enable for Development

What about the idea to disable the Plugin for Production Context instead of disable it only for Development Context @Sebobo ?

As we are using multiple Context like Development/Webpack for example, this would be the easier way.

But i wanted to suggest it as default for this plugin.
