Plans for Door/Window security sensors?

The Wyze Sense Hub and the various devices that go along with it (motion sensors and door open/close sensors) don't seem to be included in my HA after adding this project. Are there any plans or possibilities to include this?

If its not something that's blocked by a hurdle out of our control, I thought about potentially getting up to speed with the codebase and seeing what I can do to add that support. s

I would like this as well. I have a Sense Hub and my motion / Contact / Leak sensors in there. The hub alerts or Chimes when something happens, so I believe it can track this. It would be nice if you can determine the connected devices to the Hub and use it from there. Then you don't need to ping the Wyze Servers directly.

I have not had time to look into this, was hoping someone was. :)

Not at this time since the sensors required polling the cloud and Wyze didn't want us to hit their servers that often.

I am curious if you can poll the HMS Hub (Wyze Sense Hub) and not the servers Wyze has. I am asking because the new hub sounds a tone immediately when the door or windows are open and it even maintains state. In addition, it would provide the Leak Sensors as well. It seems that the Hub maintains the state of devices attached to it.

Since you have the ability to work with the Hub / HMS, I am wondering if you can retrieve what devices attaches to HMS and check the state locally.

I use wifi tuya motion and contact sensors which map over to HA
