Add Real-Time Fan Status Attribute to Wyze Climate Integration #750

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I’m frustrated that the Wyze climate integration in Home Assistant does not accurately reflect when the HVAC fan is actively running. The fan_mode attribute always stays at auto, even when the blower is on, making it impossible to track fan runtime or trigger automations based on actual fan activity.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an attribute (e.g., fan_action or fan_state) that reports the real-time status of the fan (e.g., on or off) independently of the configured fan_mode. This would allow users to create reliable automations and dashboards that respond to actual fan operation.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using hvac_action as a proxy for fan activity, but this only works during heating/cooling and fails for fan-only or circulate modes.

Additional context
The current behavior makes it difficult to implement energy-saving automations or alerts for fan-only operation. Other thermostat integrations (e.g., Ecobee, Honeywell) expose a fan_action attribute, which is very helpful. Adding similar functionality to Wyze would greatly improve usability.
