The following methods of input are not possible currently in the main menus:

• Options menu - neither the keyboard nor game controller can access tabs. Only the mouse can.
• Load menu - the keyboard can make selections, but the game controller cannot
• Save menu - the keyboard can make selections, but the game controller cannot

The Options menu is very complex. It is a nontrivial task to make it navigatable by keyboard or joystick. For the others, I'll take a look.
