--ortholog ignores --pos n in best LCB selection

Description
When running the script with both --ortholog enabled and --pos n, the script does not respect the --pos option inside the branch that selects the “best LCB.”
Instead of outputting only the sequence, it always inserts the following into $out{$sp}:
