bug(nuclei): Nuclei task hangs

Current Behavior

While running Nuclei scan, Nuclei hangs when it finds first result.
Seems to be related to #261
I'm looking into it

Expected Behavior

Nuclei scan should work

1. Run a Nuclei scan
