Probably clobber instead of rewrite fcgi conf, assume zend_enabler loaded and configured in httpd conf

@NattyNarwhal Agreed. In addition, though, I would like us to install a httpd.conf.sample file (or similar) in case we need a good configuration to compare to or copy directives from.
