It would be nice if there was a way for users to get "notified" of new comments and files being shared via an Obsidian notification like the ones supplied by the BRAT message (often for flagging errors to the user, heh) so that we don't have to explicitly "go check" to see if there's a new thing that's relevant to us.
Bonus points if we could specifically @ people so they get a different "type" of notification, i.e. in a group "there have been 10 new comments on files shared with you. Eleanor Konik tagged you in the comments on [file A]"
