Good health reporting for the remote webdriver

The DriverServlet should keep and report stats such as:

* Number of sessions started
* Number of exceptions caught
* Whether a browser type has experienced any errors on start up

I'm sure that there are more too.

I would benefit from a webdriver function to retreive the IP of the remote machine the
grid has assigned to your session. This would help narrow down which failures in tests
relate to which faulty machines on the grid.

You can get the ip of the test node with this method:

If you're using Ruby, you can get the IP address of the node where the Grid launched
the browser using something like this:
