[🚀 Feature]: Remove high level CDP implementations

Feature and motivation

Once we've implemented the high level BiDi functionality (#13992 & #13993) we want to deprecate and remove the current CDP implementations. We'll still allow access to lower level CDP functionality (see #13990), but the high level approach will be removed.

Note - need to clarify this in our documentation
