Try to add a new tag 'Ang' without selecting 'Angular'

Expected Result

There should be some way (in settings or otherwise) to allow this, e.g. only autocomplete on enter or comma, not both?

Actual Result

It is not possible to add 'Ang' without first selecting 'Angular'
