Openph crashes while trying to do Pharmacophore modeling #5

Hello,
While trying to do a pharmacophore modeling on an uploaded pdb file, the program immediately crashes after launching the calculation, with an OSError. I have attached the screenshot of the error. It seems that it is not able to find the temporary file it has created. However, the pharmacophore modeling works fine if I provide PDB ID instead of uploading the file.
