429 and praw error

This issue has been frequently reported. I just wanted to share a workaround that has worked for me:
First, delete any existing installation of bdfr, then run the following command:
```bash
git clone -b development https://github.com/Serene-Arc/bulk-downloader-for-reddit.git && cd bulk-downloader-for-reddit && pip install . && pip uninstall -y praw && pip install praw==7.2.0 && bdfr
```
