[Feature Request]: enforce *not* zone order #543

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms
I want to be able to enforce that a given zone was not entered before another one was, so that I can get notifications when someone enters but not when someone leaves.
Describe the solution you'd like
A way to filter out an event if a given zone appeared earlier in the list than another.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Of course enforcing that a given order was followed is already supported, but in my case this is not reliable, because the outermost zone is very small. Sometimes detection doesn't quite catch somebody there before they're into my property. The opposite would be much more reliable, I think, because someone leaving will certainly trigger the large doorway area first.
Additional context
These are the zones I wanted to use. The blue gate one tends not to trigger, and the green steps one sometimes doesn't either. I don't want the "innermost" area to start too far in, because I ideally want an alert when anybody even steps a foot in. If you have suggestions on how to better set up the zones for reliability I'm all ears.
