Hello,
the "EdgeUpdater" was installed in "%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate" for me. Perhaps you should include the path in the script?

as addition:
handling such case probably should be more complex, cuz this may means that Edge installed per user(tbh, odd case, but on the other hand - user' ass with with more pain in on removing)

probably script should execute most of its part twice or users_count times (e.g. in :user_rem_lnks_by_path section)
- with altered base path(%ProgramFiles(x86)% => %LocalAppData%)
- w/o --system-level switch for setup.exe
- with attempt of deleting of .lnk files from user-specific start menu location
- not sure about registry part
- probably something else
