[Feature] Add speed upgrades #102
Description
For big modpacks where you need lotsa loot and stuffs. Could go nicely with #51
Obviously the higher the tier the more the energy consumption. Maybe a new mechanic could be added specifically for higher speed tiers, for example, an "instability" in models due to speed that would infuse with predictions and result in rarer loots.
