Hey! We will soon be looking into upgrading our main platform to support PHP 8.5 and that's when I will take a look at this. But I had no plans to actually do any work here unless it is needed.

So sadly I have to inform you that I don't think I will be doing anything here to support this for PHP 8.5 because as of now, in our company, we don't really use Zend Framework, we switched to Mezio completely and so there is really no incentive for us to spend time working on this. But you are always free to fork this into your own repos.

@stoyanuntangler we are actually still running initiatives to bring support to PHP up to 8.4 (to this date), possibly up to 8.5 as well.

8.2 is confirmed, 8.3 almost there.

The problem is, basically, that PHP is trying to enforce strict typeing and changing the interfaces of internal functions, therefore we are careful what exactly to merge.

There is also discussion about to split version for v9 as well, please find more info in within open issues here.
