🚀 Advanced CI/CD Patterns for Autonomous Systems

This document outlines the high-level architectural patterns and operational philosophies for the Super Intelligence Agent ecosystem.

I. Release Strategy–Driven Pipelines

  • Canary Release Pipeline: Gradual traffic ramp (1% → 100%) integrated with automated statistical regression detection.
  • Progressive Delivery: Decoupled deployment and release using runtime feature flags and ML-driven dynamic exposure control.
  • Dark Launch + Traffic Shadowing: Validating ML models and performance profiling using real production traffic with discarded responses.

II. ML / Data-Centric Pipelines (CI/CD/CT)

  • Continuous Training (CT): Automated data validation, model training reproducibility, and drift detection.
  • Model Registry Promotion: Shadow model inference and live A/B model routing with auto-rollback on performance degradation.

III. High-Reliability / SRE-Aligned Pipelines

  • Error-Budget–Aware Deployment: Tying deployment velocity to SLO compliance via Prometheus/Datadog integration.
  • Chaos-Integrated CI/CD: Automated chaos experiments and fault injection pre-release using Chaos Mesh.
