Well, what it says. Your instructions tell us to type cgc index in the shell. This should index a code base. This is what I get when I attempt to do so:

cgc index
Usage: cgc [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...
Try 'cgc --help' for help.
╭─ Error ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────╮
│ No such command 'index'. │

That's really it. Running Neo4j locally through docker. The tool is working correctly through Cursor--i.e. I can make tool calls successfully. Mac Tahoe. Cursor IDE. Fish shell.
