Short roadmap (next step)

1. Replace apps/expo and apps/web placeholders with real apps (Expo + Next.js).
2. Evolve chat-core to support conversations, synchronization, and events.
3. Connect chat-ui to chat-core with minimal list + composer components.
4. Publish @chat-fw/chat-core and @chat-fw/chat-xmtp as internal alpha packages on NPM.
