I set proxy for terminal with

I set proxy for terminal with `export https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:7890 http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:7890 all_proxy=socks5://127.0.0.1:7890` 
Then I executed `shopify theme dev` It still doesn't make requests through the proxy. 

What causes this? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance! 
The latest version I use. Everything is up to date on MacOS
