How to add Back In Stock Feature?

Hi team

I want to implement back in stock notification feature. I have created metaobjects where I am storing email and product handle for the out of stock product when the customer enters his email and submits. How can I trigger emails and clear the customer information after sending email that product is back in stock?
Can anyone share their inputs on this?
