What should be used instead of Polaris Frame component?

The Polaris documentation website states that the Frame component is no longer supported.

However, I couldn't find any additional guidelines on how apps that are currently using Frame should be migrated.

So I want to ask:

1. What should be used instead of Frame?
2. Are there any exceptions to this deprecation? Ie. Are there situations where an app should continue to use Frame?
