Fix dummy data in multi series line charts on the docs page

The multi series line charts has dummy data with species names. The tooltip appears to be expecting dates. The tooltip says "Invalid Date", even though the xAxis shows species names.

Can we replace the dummy data with some fake time series data?

@aieaee We can fix the bug so it would show the same as BarChart does:

We can also switch to dates if that makes more sense.

I think it would make sense to use dates from another language for the linear charts!

Maybe fake product names for the bar charts

So Linear charts would use dates. Bar charts would use product data?

Line charts == time series
Bar charts == categories
