Polaris form components are a hot mess

My initial experience with polaris is not too bad but the form components are a nightmare:

• no option for uncontrolled
• no html5 required attribute
• the pain of using this is 5x that of html5 forms

How about just giving us styles so we can do normal things like:
<input className="polaris-input"/>

Also the docs for Form are awful, it doesn't even have a submittable form.
