Issue summary

Before opening this issue, I have:

  • [ X ] Upgraded to the latest version of the relevant packages
    • @shopify/* package and version:
    • Node version:
    • Operating system:
  • Set { logger: { level: LogSeverity.Debug } } in my configuration, when applicable
  • [ X ] Found a reliable way to reproduce the problem that indicates it's a problem with the package
  • [ X ] Looked for similar issues in this repository
  • [ X ] Checked that this isn't an issue with a Shopify API

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

I suppos the adapter have to wait for 'LibSQLDatabase' and use it as corresponding.

Actual behavior

The two types are incompatible and not resolved in the adapter code.

What actually happens?

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. install "@shopify/shopify-api", "@shopify/shopify-app-session-storage-drizzle", "drizzle-orm", "drizzle-kit", "@libsql/client", "typescript", and "express" (also the corresponding types: "@types/node",)
  2. define the table schema using the sqlite-core package
  3. initialize a new libSQL client, and pass it to drizzle with the schema
  4. instanciate the adapter " const storage = new DrizzleSessionStorageSQLite(db, sessionTable); " (presto you have an error, if you are using any linter to display plausible errors)

Debug logs

// Paste any relevant logs here

I have :
"@libsql/client": "^0.14.0",
"@shopify/shopify-api": "^11.9.0",
"@shopify/shopify-app-session-storage-drizzle": "^2.0.16",
"drizzle-orm": "^0.40.0",
"@types/node": "^22.13.9",
"drizzle-kit": "^0.30.5",
By the way.
Hope you can help me. and thanks for your time
