Read Me should match the docs tutorial

One small thing we noticed in Build Together is that a lot of terminology in the tutorial doesn’t match the terminology in the app template in GitHub, doesn't match the terminology in the code files/Partners interface. The big call out was different usage of client ID/client secret, and API key. If we are bought in to using the OAuth specific terminology, we should update the Read Me too.

The Read Me also seems to have not been updated to use the greenpath of Cloudflare tunnelling.
