Description fails to render properly for some tags and filters on hover

Describe the bug

In some scenarios if the documentation for a liquid tag or filter includes a warning it ends up getting improperly rendered. For example, image_url contains a warning about requiring at least width or height but it's not clear on hover:

The additional description should render on its own line.
