POS UI extension not showing on POS app and cannot be enabled on partners dashboard

Describe the bug

On a store where i have three versions of the same app (staging,production and dev) i cannot enable any POS extension on POS app or partners dashboard. I believe the cause for that is because all 3 POS extension has the same name.

On a store that has just one version of the app, the production version for example the POS extension works normally.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create/have 2 or more POS extensions with the same name
2. Try to find those extensions on POS app or on partners dashboard. They do not appear on the App but appear on the partners dashboard.
3. On the partners dashboard try to activate the extensions.
4. You will get a success message but the extension is never enabled.

Expected behavior

The POS extension should show on the app and merchants should be able to activate and deactivate it normally.

I cannot add a screen shot of the POS ui extensions list on partners dashboard because the app is not public yet.

Additional context

None of those app versions are listed on shopfiy store. The store i use to reproduce this issue is zapiet-joao-po-preview.myshopify.com.
