Context: Using First Aid Kit
Recreation Steps:

• Grab First Aid Kit
• Spam right clicking to use the First Aid Kit while a player is on top of an item

Intended Behavior: Heals player slowly heals 15% of their current damage, so long as they don't move.

Actual Behavior: Heals players insanely fast, so long as they don't move
Additional Information: I actually would like this if it wasn't insanely fast
